Today is the new year 2014 and I wanted to take a look and share a Real Estate Market Report for the City of Alpharetta And Milton GA Zip Code 30004. The Real Estate Market is always changing and for a while inventory had been going down. Builders did not take long to realize this and the inventory for the late Spring and early Summer is expected to go up with NEW Construction.
